Hi and welcome to my gallery blog. And just who is Peter Ramondetta? Well, I could be a championship skateboard competitor with my own line of sneakers. But I'm not - although I might be related to that talented young man somewhere in my family tree (he does bear a resemblance to one of my nephews). My background is in television production, having worked on various shows and sports telecasts over my career.
I discovered my passion for photography when I was in my teens. Apparently my parents took note of this talent, as I always seemed to be the designated family photographer whenever we went on vacation. That was fun, however it resulted in me being in very few of said vacation pictures. Oh well, such are the sacrifices of the photographer.
My gallery consists of images I gathered over the last several years as I re-discovered my passion and transitioned from film to digital (it really wasn't that painful). I enjoy being in the moment while shooting and being a natural people-person, I love working with others in creating great images that they can enjoy as well. Many of my images are available for purchase and I am available for hire as well.
But no pressure - really! Just stop back from time to time as I will be adding more images to the gallery in the future. And I will be updating this blog with stories and anecdotes about some of the images you see in my gallery as well. My hope is that you will enjoy looking as much as I enjoyed shooting.
